Here today, gone tomato

Mrs U has a well kept garden but needed some tidying up. Beth set to work on mowing the lawn (after an enjoyable obstacle course to get to the mower). The extension only reached so far, so the end of the lawn was trimmed by hand. Next up was weeding between the stones and flower beds. Mrs U was growing some excellent tomato plants, full of fruit - the surrounding weeds had benefited from the fertiliser and grown huge. But they were no match for a bit of brute force and swiftly removed. On a beautifully sunny day, the garden looked fresh and tidy.
