Helping sprout for the holidays

Once Tracey and I found our way into Brixton Rec by making faces at the team indoors through the window, we got to work on a number of tasks. Removing some yellowed leaves from otherwise good veg, counting and stacking food to go out to community groups, and unloading/counting/distributing new food coming in.

It's a big job to move the many kilos of veg, fruit, tins and other food stuff around. I may have over estimated my strength and skill at one point, when the fully-loaded roll cage I was pushing up a ramp hit an edge and sent several kilos of brussel sprouts flying! The team quickly tracked them all down though, so no harm done.
