3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Lambeth runners Charlotte, Nicky and Issy ventured on to Southwark turf on a chilly Saturday morning to dismantle and move a double bed to make way for a hospital bed. With a plethora of screwdrivers to choose from the task was done in 25 minutes and Mrs J was very pleased. Good work team!
