Feedback from the referrer: "I just wanted to thank your two volunteers (Ian & Stuart) who helped Mrs O move her heavy wardrobe on Saturday. I spoke to her this morning and she was just delighted – couldn’t praise the guys highly enough, she thought they were wonderful. Please pass on my thanks to them, and Mrs O’s – also the Riverside Retirement Living organisation I was liaising with also asked me to say thank you"
