Heavy Nettle
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

We cleared Mr C's garden of nettles and weeds and the occasional bramble to reveal, hey presto, three beds ready for planting. We also managed to identify some veggie plants that Mr C wanted to keep for him and his wife.
