Mr T had been having problems with a wireless headset which allows him to watch TV without disturbing his neighbours. After a very warm welcome we quickly diagnosed the problem - a volume control on the back of the TV had inadvertently been turned down. We also helped Mr T change a few quick settings on his phone so that he could hear it better. He was very pleased to have his technology sorted and we were very happy to be able to help!
