Despite the wind and light frost(!) early this week, a couple of neighbours I regularly help out needed some much needed food and supplies for the week ahead. The young family in Northway needed some fruit, veg and milk with the eldest daughter now spending some of the time in school whilst the younger children are still a handful but they seem to be all doing well!

An elderly neighbour who I check in with to see if she needs any shopping needed some laundry detergent and a milk top up. We have a system where they leave a shopping bag on the door handle with the list and cash inside to go and buy what is needed in Headington and seems to work well given the setup of the accommodation making it a safe way to go.
