Tonight's session was a first for a few things...

It was the first time in a long time Sut and I had run together to a task.

It was the first time we had run back with Joe

It was the first time Keira had run from home to the Hospital

And.....

It was the first time Harsha had turned 40!!!!

Not that Harsha was at the task but we had to celebrate her fabulous at forty somehow so whilst Ricky's fitness team were each doing 40 burpees! we decided to find litter that spelt out H A R S H A.... oh and do 40 burpees between us!

So what treasures did we find at the H for Hospital

• H - Hairband

• A - Ambulances

• R - Red Bull, Rubber Glove, Receipt

• S - Strongbow, Skittles, Scarf, Screw

• H - Another Hairband

• A - Aluminium Foil
