4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Ealing.

Four GoodGymmers volunteered at a very windy parkrun on Saturday.
Caz and Cam were managing the finishers funnel, Jenni scanned barcodes (although a few tried to blow away) and Liv did the course check, fitting it into her 17 mile marathon training run!
A breezy morning, but it blew away any cobwebs to get the weekend started!
