7 GoodGymers made their way to help the Achilles International in Islington.

Achilles International returned for their first group run session of 2023 on Thursday- meeting up at Arsenal underground station and running at Emirates Stadium. 9 VI Runners and 16+ guides, supporters, bag drop helpers and dog walkers were on hand on the wettest group run in years! Undeterred, our experienced guides and VI runners did a smashing job of showing our new starters the ropes around the 700m concourse. An absolute success- well done everyone!
