Mission

Ground Jog Day

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

With everything starting to feel a bit like ground jog day, there's nothing like a mission to get you out and about and feeling good!

There was plenty to feel positive about on my run to Mr B's house to do a bit of shopping today, a highlight included bumping into Nicky and Phil from Lambeth who were off doing GoodGym Cardiff's fitness challenge! I love wearing our GG tshirts which makes me feel we're in a special club - and ensures you have a ready made buddy at parkrun, races, or just running the streets.

I arrived to find Mr B waiting for me with a shopping list which included Carte D'Or ice cream. He clearly has excellent taste. I hardly had to queue at all at Morrisons - winning - and so got the shopping back to him before it had even started to melt. We chatted for a few moments (at a safe distance) about the merits of Tescos versus Morrisons, before I headed back and Mr B went in presumably to enjoy an evening of ice cream.
