Groceries and horsey chat
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Tower Hamlets.

I delivered the groceries that this man needed, which was more than needed as he had nothing left to eat ! When he saw I was riding a bike, he told me that he used to be a jockey. As I am myself a big horse lover we had a quick chat about horses and races. I could see that this discussion put a smile on his face for the rest of the day!
