Green Park, Great Run
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Islington.

5 VI runners (Naqi, Asfaq, Toni, Mark and Tom) joined 6 guides (including Simon, Michelle and Rachel) for an awesome Summer group session of guide running in Green Park yesterday evening.
Our crew did a smashing job negotiating some of the barriers and bollards still in the park after the Jubilee parade last week, but enjoyed a slightly quieter overall running experience, as some light rain kept the crowds away.
Many of the team are in preparation for the Metro Blind Sports athletics event on Saturday, which is looking to be a smashing day out. By coincidence, we all completed our runs at approximately the same time so we were able gather up for a chat and a catch up afterwards!
