Not for the first time the healthiness of Ms L's largely green and leafy shopping list was to be admired.

Thankfully Sainsburys didn't let us down and after a quick tour around the shelves, it was back to her door with the colourful treasure and, after a quick chat about spinach, we bade each other farewell.
