Two runners ran to Hackney to tidy Ms S' garden.

Heather and I decided to meet in East Finchley and run down to Hackney for this. It meant going on a favourite route: down the parkland walk from Highgate through to Finsbury Park. Leafy and flat: perfect!

Just over 10k later, we were there. Ms S is bed bound and being cared for by her daughter. She likes to go out in the garden in her wheelchair, but it's got difficult as the garden has sprung up over the summer.

We removed all the weeds from the patio area, the edges, the steps and any part the wheelchair might reach. An hour's hard graft later the garden look much tidier and we set off - after a quick GG selfie of course.
