Last night's run was a 4.7k route from Reebok Gym to Mudchute Farm and back. We set off just after 6:30pm and quickly left Canary Wharf via the foot bridge.  Taking a route down the side of the docks, we reached the Asda carpark in good time.  At the back corner of the car park there's a slightly hidden gated exit which we slipped through and into Mudchute Park to get to the farm.Cressida was there to meet us and show us the task - recent weather has made the floor of the pigs' enclosure uneven and we needed to wheelbarrow mulch and compost from a huge heap nearby into the two worst affected areas.  We tooled up and got straight on.Cressida told us that last month's GoodGym team had moved 50 barrows in 40 mins. We had a record to beat!  There we three jobs to do: shovelling to fill up the wheelbarrows, wheeling the barrows to the pig pens and raking out the fresh compost to make it even.  All were done at high speed and we switched between the jobs to stay fresh and energetic and to each get a full work out.As it got darker, we pushed hard to beat the previous team.  At the final count we had managed to move 55 wheelbarrows in 40mins smashing last month's record by 5 whole barrow loads.Photos by Cressida
