Thursday was a lovely evening for a gardening mission - luckily sandwiched between Wednesday's drizzle and Friday's downpour 🌧️ Me and Bea were there to lend Ms R and her sister a hand in their garden, with a bit of raking and sweeping up. They are both in their 90s now, so find it a challenge to look after and were very grateful to have a bit of help.

It didn't take us too long to fill a couple of bags and it was a nice surprise to find ourselves in the company of so many grasshoppers at the back of the garden - good spot Bea! Hope you enjoyed your run back and to see you again when you make it over to Newham for a group run :)
