A quiet night for a Goodgym with no big task to complete so we met at St John's Church.

They are completing a big extension so we took a look around the front to see if any tasks need doing or work done. The trees need a small amount of clearing from bases and sweeping up but no major works appear to be urgent.

Following a walk around the church gardens, we took a run onto the heathland at Dunyeats. This route is not for the faint hearted with narrow paths, mud patches, countless tree routes and paths littered with pine cones. But on the flip side its an environment that is utterly delightful with trees dotted everywhere, winding pathways feeling like you really could be anywhere in the world. A perfect place to find that running mindfulness!
