GoodGym- just what the doctor ordered!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Sheffield.

Kim and I were invited to promote GoodGym at the South Yorkshire Physical Activity Synposium. We set up our beautiful flag and Steves plog a prize game and spent every coffee/lunch break spreading the word about how wonderful GoodGym is for ourselves personally and the community. Looking forward to seeing all our new recruits on Monday. Especially the GPs and social prescribes
