1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Haringey.

Jogged through Bruce castle park to get to house. Lots of people in park doing exercise. Inspired me to keep jogging. People gave me directions to the big Sainsbury’s., all helping this mission. Groceries picked up and safely delivered to a happy lady.
