He/Him

Another sunny Tuesday evening and another pleasant stroll around Hartrigg Oaks. As well as all the usual faces we were joined by Beryll, who was looking very chilled on the sofa before getting into a wheelchair and being taken out into the sunshine

It was a particularly warm summers evening and all the residents seemed to be enjoying themselves, waving at passers by along the way. Jenny stopped to call out to one of her friends in a bungalow which upset the neighborhood dogs, whilst the lavender in the front garden posed our first potential hazard, with hundreds of busy bees!

After a loop of the village, it wasn't long before we were back in the centre. Fortunately Tracey remembered that last time we were all here we were treated to a tune on the piano by one of the Goodgymers, so up stepped Becky to once again play a song for the remaining residents. Although Mitch's request for the Charlie Brown theme tune unfortunately fell on deaf ears (learn it for next time please!)

Join us again on the 13th August for either games night or a stroll.
