Age UK asked GG to do some gardening for Mrs J, as both her husband and herself were not in good health meaning they were unable to manage these types of jobs. Steven and I met up at the address and after many assurances to Mrs J that we were okay to do the task in the rain, she showed us the tools for the work. She revealed a long and high hedge, plus a significantly smaller holly bush, in the front garden that needed a couple of "haircuts" ✂

I got in there quick, bagsied the smaller bush and to set work with a pair of shears, whilst Steven started on the hedge - just over 1 hour later and both "haircuts" were complete -spot the before and after shots! Debris was swept up, brown bins full, a general tidy up and we were good to go. We asked if Mrs J wanted any more off, but she was more than pleased with the result, job's a good 'un.
