19 runners ran 6km to help St Andrew's Youth Centre in Victoria

With Cory away in Toronto Paul was Run Leader for the evening. The task tonight was to run 6km down to St Andrew's Youth Centre to give the gym it's monthly clean.

Just in time for the briefing 14 students from Imperial College London's mass volunteering scheme arrived - amazing support!

Imperial College London - amazing support!

We made our way south through Green Park and St James Park. The GoodGym legend that is Patrick Luong led the front group and Paul backmarked and led a smaller group. On arrival at the task Patrick's group got started with the cleaning the weights, tredmills, mats and mirrors. They were shortly followed by Paul's group. The task was a wonderful example of what a group of GoodGymers can get done in 15 minutes - flash mob style!

Flash Mob Style!

Adrian from St Andrew's Youth Centre was very appreciative of all our efforts and the amazing work done to help the community. Great work guys!

The group generally stayed together on the steady run up hill back to Westminster University Campus (Regents Street) our meeting point. We enjoyed the sights of St James Park at night and Oxford Street.

Once back at base Patrick and Paul took the stretch before saying our goodbyes - until next week GGW.
