Good vibes on a Saturday mission

Mr C is isolating and he has requested help with his grocery shopping. I'm meeting Mr C beforehand to discuss & arrange tactics. He is handing me £20 cash letting me know I must stick within budget and, that he prioritised the importance of items top to bottom on the list based on dietary requirements. I set off to Sainsbury's while reflecting over Mr C's diligence & the importance of living & acting orderly.

Once at Sainsbury's I check the queue to get in the shop and I find it comparable to my running distances however I don't give up and finally make it it inside over God knows how long :) Had to bother Mr C few times to discuss some substitutes and he truly wanted to be engaged in this shopping session as he even offered to guide me to the right aisles for some of the requested items.

I manage to get back to Mr C with the goodies and a sharp £19.99 receipt. He smiles & thanks for the service and wants me to deliver honest and sincere appreciation for GoodGym and for us all as helping individuals.

I am leaving Mr C's house with such good vibes and, and becoming more aware of my state of mind I have to look for a second into my neurochemistry where I come to realise that a good deed ended with sincere appreciation can be as dangerously addictive as any other guilty pleasure/vice we all encounter on our journey here. So then why not mainly rewarding yourself while fighting in the name of the good ?
