Good Monday run

39 GoodGym Bro's n Sisters donned their red tops and joined the Monday evening fun.

We had people from 6 areas, namely Tower Hamlets, Worthing , Coventry , Greenwich, Portsmouth and York running, walking, cycling and spreading positive vibes.

People tried different things including a seaside walk, jog around the local park, run by the windmill, around streets of the city centre, loops around back alleys, jog to see Christmas lights, or cycle to and from a community mission.

I ran to say Hi to 7 GG Yorkies doing essential leaf clearing task at a local park.

Hopefully it's not long before we are able to run in a group together.
