5 Goodgym runners joined Achilles International for their weekly VI guiding group session at Paddington Rec Track last night. 5 VI runners met us at Maida Vale Underground Station (Ashfaq, Andrew, Naqi, Tom and Achilles London founder Chris) for some speedy laps around the circuit!
