What better day to do a good dead for GoodGym than Good Friday! My mission was to go shopping for Mrs J and Mr P who are self -isolating. After a quick call to Mrs J for the shopping list I headed out on my 13km round trip - in some beautiful but exhausting sunshine (ok so maybe 3km of that was wondering around the 4 shops I went to and walking to Mrs J's house - but a trek none the less!)

All items purchased apart from one, the elusive disinfectant, I even tried to call my Mum to see what would be a good substitute but alas I couldn't find anything suitable. I was surprised and thankful however that I managed to get toilet roll, kitchen towel and hand sanitiser!

After getting lost on the way to Mrs J's house I finally reached the front door and we greeted one another within a 2 metre distance and her big smile and thank you's made my day.
