With the weather being as it is what better way to keep ones spirits high than to sing as loudly as one possibly can whilst running? I here Beyonce does it, so why not us?

Out task today? Head south to the place we call our second home…. SW1 Radio…. Some come for the gardening, some for he DIY we come for sanding, filling and plastering….

We decided to take the long way to the station this week, we headed the long way around St James Park, through the back of Victoria and popped out in Pimlico…. Our legs now warm we played a little game…. All you need is a nice long road with lots of traffic lights. You start from the bottom of the road and the aim of the game is simple, get to the bottom of the road… You want ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL green lights. You hit a *red light, i.e one that you cannot cross you must turn round and return to the previous set of lights and start again. Im not quite sure how but we only had to turn round once…. This would lead me to believe either someone was watching over us and took pity on our legs or someone had a remote control in their pocket.

Any who we made it to the bottom of the road all hot a sweaty, wondered over the road into the station, up the magic steps, grabbed the ladder, equipment handed out and we were off.

Large numbers this week so a team of sanders, a team of chiselers and team of fillers and plasterers. Time flew by as it always does and our 40minutes was up.

Now 99.9% of the wallpaper and uneven surfaces have been removed and all that remains is sanding and filling. Its really nice going back every few weeks as you get to see exactly how much has been done since we started.

Now for the fun, Can you sing? Can you run? Can you sing and run at the same time? GGWestminster Can… As the passers by on the streets who are now smiling.... HASHTAGJUSTSAYING….. ;-)

Thankyou for your time folks… and as always please continue to do small things with great love……..
