Gas-ping for an energising run

After a few days without running due to the snow, I was happy that it had cleared enough to go for a run. I headed down in the sun to pick up Mrs Y's gas card, popped across the road to top it off and then ran back home. She was very grateful for the help and I was really happy to have been able to go for a run again.
