Last night saw just two runners complete the journey to the depths of Canning Town. Torches switched on we ran through the streets with purpose, alongside the tracks of the Jubilee line, DLR and across the hustle of the A13.

Once at Carvanserai we kept the chill off and put our legs through their paces with several rounds of drills; knee pick ups, hops and skips….oh how we lept!!!

Bounding to one side we put on our gloves and after a briefing from Che raced against time to lay as many bits of concrete down in a uniform boundary on a freshly placed heap of compost.

All that was left was a 26 minute run back to base to cool down. Well done Amelie.

Same time next week
