Game of Thorns!

Good morning Goodgymmers! After a very sweaty parkrun Pieter and I walked over to the lovely Ms M's house to give her a hand with her very slightly overgrown garden. She had some lovely mint growing which wafted up whilst we were trimming which made it one of the nicest smelling missions I've been on! Pieter and I make an excellent team as I am very organised and he is the muscle. We made quick work of clearing the garden and Ms M got stuck in with this marvellous hoovering contraption which meant we got away with only a light scratching from the thorny rose bushes! A quick hour later we were done! we packed our stiff away and realise we had both gotten PBs at Parkrun today! All in all an excellent start to the day :)
