Report written by Melanie Young (she/her)
We weren't sure if we were going to get drenched at the garden today but instead we had some lovely fresh summer rain whilst we weeded away, readying one area for grass seed and another where we're trying to find out if there's a path hiding underneath. It's harder than it sounds!
A bit of bird seed bagging up, a chat over some elderflower and the time had rushed by, it's good to be back.
Looking after Eastville Park - a large Victorian park with a range of facilities just two miles north-east of Bristol city centre. It is a great place to relax surrounded by a spacious and diverse landscape.
