Ms C needs help with her garden due to a disability, so on Saturday Neil and I ran 10 miles and 10 km respectively to Hither Green to help out. We arrived to find a nice garden that was a little bit overgrown and in need of a bit of TLC, i.e. weeding and cleaning. The garden was also home to an urban fox who scurried away on our approach.

An hour and a half later, we'd filled up a few bags of garden waste and said goodbye to a very grateful Ms C (we'd also managed to sort out a broken lock and a mobile phone issue as well!).

Neil headed off to the Lion's Den (Millwall FC) and I headed home with tired legs but a smile on my face.
