Four do a fast fun five in the forest

A rare chance for an evening race eagerly seized by four Goodgymers. A lovely warm evening at Marston Forest, a flat course and an enthusiastic crowd pushed everyone on to some proper lung-busting efforts (even a PB or two)! Good to see all that training paying off!
