Back at Mrs U's for a second shopping sesh, heading into the bigger LIDL, as they stock veggie oil, while the one in Ealing doesn't (top tip!). Mrs U's granddaughter was turning 18, so she wanted to send her a birthday card and asked if I could snap up a nice card from the Card Factory opposite the Ealing LIDL. Just my luck though, they were closed to restock, so I popped by the one in Ealing Broadway instead. I was so slow writing this report that I went back for a third shop a week later (today ;)) and Mrs U reported back that the card was well-received and that her granddaughter had a sneaky isolated student dorm room birthday party.
