For the stake and tape of it
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Cancer Research UK Pretty Muddy & Race for Life Leeds in Leeds.

One goodgymer braved the cold and damp conditions to help set up the course for the Pretty Muddy Cancer Research race.
First job was to unload the van, erect the volunteer marquee.
Then it was a case of walking around the 5k route, sticking in appropriate signs and instructions for the runners, and lots of staking and taping to ensure the safety of all those involved!
Some 4 and bit hours later and we were all done, and we celebrated with a gloriously sprinkly ice cream!
