2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Croydon.

2 Good Gym runners from Southwark and Croydon went to Ms Sās house to tackle the pile of leaves that had accumulated from nearby trees. Ms S kept the runners warm with a hot drink and was really pleased to see that her front and back lawns and alleyways were all cleared up.
