2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

Today two runners went to help AgeUK. The temperature is creeping up but runners are cooling down on this mission. Walking in the store is refreshing. Reading through the shopping lists just to make sure we pick the right items. Doing shopping is easy in this store, well labelled all around. We collected all stuff for delivery.
