Food bank donation

Members of GG Sheffield, together with some people from my road, donated vital items to S2 Food bank in Sheffield this lunchtime. The food bank was very low of a number of items such as cereals, tins and dry foods, and has been under pressure with volunteers unable to work due to self-isolation, together with the closure of some other nearby food banks during this Covid-19 crisis period. We saw a plea for donations on Facebook and many of us donated a small amount of food, which added up to a large amount altogether. The food bank was really grateful for the donation, and we'll be keen to help out again in the coming weeks.
