Latoya and I arrived at 8am to head up to meet Miss A and collect her sofa. Unfortunately there was no information to say which floor her flat was on, and our lift only had odd buttons. We cycled through a few numbers, before exiting at floor 7 and taking the stairs down to her flat on floor 6.

The sofa was big but surprisingly light and we were able to take the feet off to slide it out the door. Miss A kindly offered to carry the feet down herself and so we were off, back down the lift and out the door in a matter of minutes.

Happy Birthday to Latoya, who spent her birthday morning helping somebody else and Miss A was definitely very grateful for it!
