Fitness in spades!
3 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help the Friends of Chorlton Park (correct postcode is ***M21 7SL***) in Trafford.

Another soggy Saturday flew by in the park as there was work to be done with the Friends of Chorlton Park group sorting and tidying up the storage area including construction of the new compost bins!
Following that we smashed out a "Beat the Clock" workout (more like beat the weather!) and finished the morning ready for the rest of the weekend.
