Feeding someone in Isolation

I picked up some frozen meals from Food Works and took them to Ms M to help keep her going whilst she and her family are isolating with Covid-19. I used the mini heatwave as an excuse to walk instead of run most of the hilly route. Enjoyed the sunny views and saw my first butterflies of the year 🦋😍
