David and I met at Mr B's place on a warm Friday evening to help his son (B) remove some furniture from his room as it all needed to be replaced.

Our task this evening was to remove two mattresses, the bed base, the headboard and a chest of drawers from Mr B's room and put them all in front of the house, ready to be taken to the dump. There were lots of letters and all sorts shoved in between the mattresses so we had to make sure we put them all in bags ready to be sorted.

We managed it all in record time! So much so that B ran out of jobs for us to help with. He was very thankful for our help as it meant he could get the rest of the room sorted out much faster than he would have otherwise.

So we bid our farewell and set off into the evening, hoping that Mr B will have a more comfortable room to stay in when he gets back from hospital
