Unfortunately, due to a mix up between surgery/doctors/pharmacies, I was unable to pick up the prescription that Mrs A needed. Unfortunately this seems like a frequent issue for her. I chatted to her on the phone for a while after I explained the situation and tried to give her some comfort and reassurance in these frustrating times. She was grateful for the help we (try to) give her and hopefully we can continue to do her good, more successfully next time.
