Every little helps...

First of a double local mission this afternoon and a brisk run in the freezing cold got me warm in no time!

After picking up the shopping list from Mr T and running to the local Tesco I thankfully found all of the items requested and headed straight back for delivery.

Mr T is such a kind gent and was ever so grateful. He was so appreciative of GoodGym being able to support him now more than ever given the national lockdown. His comments really got me motivated and certainly got me fired up for my next mission!
