Brilliant run in the sunshine! Nice and flat with beautiful views of Windsor castle, the Thames and the meadows around Eton Wick. Tough going in the heat but felt easier with company and a great chat. We originally planned a 5km but then fancied more so went for 10km together and then I added 5km solo to make this my longer run for the week.
