Energy lifting in Aigburth

0 GoodGymers made their way 2km to help their local community.

Wednesday, 11th of September 2013

Changing to a shorter evening Goodgym paid dividend last week, with the best Goodgym run we've been on yet.

We ran to Aigburth station and dived in, clearing a area opposite the station in record time. With only 20 minutes work we were astonished at what we could achieve. We ripped out and cut back ivy, and began digging up three inches of accumulated soil from the tarmac base revealing a parking spot that no-one knew was there.

One the run home we had some fun as well with fast-slow lampost dashes, keeping us warm.

I left feeling more energised than I have for weeks. Why not join us this Wednesday at 6:30 at Sefton park by the boating lake statue!
