Nick and myself met up for our lunch break to tackle the litter growing around Milton Park - and good thing too as there was a lot of leftovers from the Easter weekend scattered around!

We discovered an interesting ornamental thing hanging on a fence, the usual cigarettes butts (and packets!), bottle, cans, lots of torn up wrappers and cartons, easter egg cartons and of course a glove! Nick also almost poked his eyes out a few times scrambling under the bushes - oops!

On our way to the bins to unload our haul we were stopped by a father and son duo who had just finished a tennis game and then began to thank us profusely on behalf of everyone who uses the park, which was such a sweet thing to hear and know that we made a difference to their day!
