Molly and I missed the rain but we did walk along the River Thames at high tide and saw a rat swimming along, then hauling itself out of the water by scaling up the branches of a weeping willow .

So the rat didn’t actually drown and we didn’t get soaked, although there were some very dark clouds on the way home.
