Goodgym log: Wednesday. March 22nd 2023. As the evenings get lighter and the air gets warmer the flowers of Colchester need a little TLC.
Mission: to tidy, dead-head and plant.
Crew: Bob, Ella, Frazer and Tav led by the green-fingered Captain Pam.
Equipment: Trowels, Forks, Gardening gloves and torches.
Status: Achieved.
Reward: Strides to ease of the pre-session hills and prepare Frazer for a half-marathon.
